We work with small‑batch roasters, so availability may vary. We aim to keep product information accurate, but:

  • Roast dates may vary slightly
  • Packaging may differ from images
  • Stock levels can change quickly
  • Bean type for selected products may change at short notice or prior to updating this website

If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll contact you with alternatives or a refund.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

6. Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your decaf coffee. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it.

6.1 Returns for Coffee Products

Because coffee is a perishable food item, we can only accept returns if:

  • The product arrived damaged, ie split packaging
  • The wrong item was sent
  • There is a quality issue

If this happens:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and a photo of the issue
  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Coffee that has been opened or used
  • Coffee you simply didn’t enjoy (taste is subjective)

6.2 Returns for Non‑Perishable Items

For merchandise (e.g., mugs, brewing kit), you may return unused items within 30 days.

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resellable condition

You are responsible for return postage unless the item was faulty.

6.3 Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 working days for processing.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched.
Once shipped, cancellations are treated as returns (see above).

8. Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers
  • Losses caused by incorrect address details
